In terms of technology and products, the company’s equipment supports customized production, with a maximum forming area of up to 1200mm*1100mm, compatible sheet thickness ranging from 0.3 to 2.8mm, a maximum no-load operating speed of up to 80 cycles/min, a machine body weight between 14,000kg and 25,000kg, and a spindle motor power of 22kW. With stable operation, low vibration, and high-precision processing capabilities, the equipment meets the production needs of various products such as plastic meal boxes, plastic cups, fruit and vegetable boxes, electronic product trays, cosmetic trays, and foam products. At the same time, the company once helped Qingdao Berry Plastics solve the issue of the middle fold line in double-compartment lunch boxes by providing a cutting-and-folding design solution and equipment, thereby resolving the problem of inaccurate film pulling in the industry. By replacing the moving blade with a fixed blade, the company effectively reduced blade costs.

Currently, the company has served more than 100 customers, including Qingdao Berry Plastics Co., Ltd., SR USA, Bosch Rexroth, Mercedes-Benz, ZF, Zhejiang Danqi, and others. It also holds qualifications for foreign trade operator registration and customs import-export consignor/consignee registration, and its products comply with the EU Machinery Directive and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (UDEM CE Certificate (MD+EMC)), meeting the cooperation needs of both domestic and international customers.
